Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Making Payments

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Upon checkout when your order has been finalised, you will be able to select your payment by Paypal or by credit card. If you select payment by Paypal, you will be directed to the secured PayPal site where you may select either the “Pay with my PayPal account” or “Pay with my credit or debit card” option. Once the payment is successful, you will be automatically directed back to the iloveskininc.com site.
 

Exchanges & Replacements

Skin Inc products are manufactured in the most stringent conditions at Japanese laboratories. However, in the rare chance that your product has a defect or arrived damaged, you can get an exchange or a replacement for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. 

How to make a exchange or replacement request?

1. Products must have been purchased directly from iloveskininc.com (our website). We cannot process requests for exchanges or replacements for products purchased from other retail outlets.

2. Contact customer service at support@iloveskininc.com within 30 days of receipt of items, and provide the following information: Order reference number and list of specific items you would like an exchange or a replacement (including its product numbers), as well as the following:

            1. a picture of the damaged packaging as well as the product if the item arrived damaged

            2. a written description of the defect

            3. specify if you would prefer an exchange or a replacement

            4. please note that you will need to pay for return shipping costs for exchanges

3. Customer service will confirm receipt of your email and advise if your item is eligible for an exchange or a replacement. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and additional local taxes may be applicable.

4. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 7 working days of receipt), your refund will be processed and issued through your original method of payment within 14 working days.

Refunds

Skin Inc products are formulated without scents, parabens and other common irritants and have in general been found to be suitable for those with sensitive or even eczema prone skin. Ingredients of our products are listed on our product page to help you identify any possible sensitivities with certain ingredients. If you experience an unexpected allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of your experience along with the pictures to support@iloveskininc.com and we will help to provide an appropriate solution. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item and original product will need to be returned to us at your own cost. In certain instances, a doctor's certificate  may be requested to identify if allergic reactions are caused by the product.

Cancellation
It is our aim to deliver all orders on time and we process all orders immediately upon confirmation of payment. Therefore we are unable to refund or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.

Tracking Orders

For international orders, you will receive a shipping tracking number once the delivery arrangement has been confirmed. 

Reward Points 
The Reward Points Program allows you to earn points for certain actions you take on the site. Points are awarded based on making purchases and customer actions such as referring a friend to our store or submitting a product review.


Benefits of Reward Points for Registered Customers
Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.

Earning Reward Points:
Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:
 

  • For every S$10 spent on the site you will earn 10 points.
  • Review any of our products and receive 100 points. 


Redeeming Reward Points
You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them, you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more. Please note reward points expire after 365 days
