SHIPPING CHARGES

Skin Inc proudly serves customers worldwide from our headquarters in Singapore. Customers in the US and Canada may shop on our dedicated North America site in US dollars. All customers, including those in North America, may shop on our regular website in Singapore dollars. Orders placed before 2 PM SGT Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 2-3 business days during non-sale periods.

Deliveries Within Singapore

Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners, Roadbull and UrbanFox.

Roadbull

You will receive a text message from Roadbull confirming your delivery date and time window as soon as delivery has been scheduled. You may track your shipment here by adding "RG_BBG_" in front of the Skin Inc order number provided in your confirmation email. If you need to reschedule a delivery you may contact Roadbull directly at info@roadbull.com.

UrbanFox

You will receive a text message from UrbanFox confirming your delivery date and time window as soon as delivery has been scheduled. You may track your shipment here using the Skin Inc order number provided in your confirmation email. If you need to reschedule a delivery you may contact UrbanFox directly here.

Deliveries to All Other Locations

All other orders are shipped with DHL. When your DHL shipment is packed and ready to be shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a direct email from webadm@dhl.com with information about your shipment, including tracking information. Please check to ensure that emails from this address are not captured in your spam or junk email folder. If you need to modify or reschedule your delivery, you can use DHL's On Demand Delivery services here.

Customs and Duties

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and must be paid to the carrier before goods can be released to you. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Note that due to customs constraints beyond our control, we are unable to ship to customers in Spain.

Returns and Replacements

While our products are manufactured to exacting Japanese standards, and we partner only with reputable delivery partners globally—sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, our customer service team can assist with a refund or replacement. If you have another issue with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

• Only products purchased on www.iloveskininc.com may be returned for a refund or replacement.

• We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.

• Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals.

• Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We cannot accept partial returns for bundle sets or promotional packages. You must return the complete set for a refund.

• If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.

• We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

• All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or in Skin Inc Reward Points.
